What file format do you accept?

Upload STL files (up to 200 MB). For STEP or OBJ, contact us and we’ll convert them for you.

Do you deliver outside BC?

Yes. We deliver across Canada and can ship internationally on request.

Which materials can I choose?

PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU are standard. Resin and fine-detail options are available.

Do you offer multicolor printing?

Yes—multicolor and multi-material jobs are available on request.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on material weight (grams), estimated print time, material type, and finishing.

Can you help with design?

Yes. If you don’t have a ready STL file, we can assist with design/repair to prepare your part.

What if my file is too big?

Files over 200 MB may need optimization. We can help compress or split your design.

Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
